Our in-house team then makes recommendations on economic solutions for hardware, software, and the best to way to pay for, service, and manage each. Depending on the length of the engagement, TCS will also offer our national procurement pricing on equipment and software from the best in the industry.

Services Include:

Strategic Planning

  • The TCS Team develops and defines IT strategy for the selection, deployment, use, and maintenance of our client’s technology infrastructure.

System Engineering

  • The TCS IT Team designs, evaluates, and supports all applicable IT systems infrastructure. This includes the evaluation of new technologies, the deployment of technology updates, and the design and management of system maintenance plans.

IT Management (Phase 2 only)

  • Each client is assigned a TCS technology manager that acts as a direct liaison to the Troon technology department who is responsible the overall support of the IT infrastructure.
